You set off to take a tour of Santa's Workshop but Buster the Elf needs your help. Join the mission to help Santa and save Christmas.
Naughty or Nice List
Find out if Santa has you on the Nice list or the Naughty list. Snitches the Elf will give you a verified certificate to prove it.
Letter to Santa
Grab a chair and some crayons and remind Santa what you'd like for Christmas. Our Magical Mailbox will get your letter to the big man himself very quickly.
Storytime with Mrs. Claus
Twice an hour Mrs. Claus will read new and old classics. Grab a funnel cake and hot chocolate and enjoy these classic tales.
Gem Mining
Uncover sparkling gemstones, from colorful quartz to shimmering amethyst. It's a hands-on adventure that blends fun and learning, creating lasting memories. Come strike it rich and take home your own precious gems as a keepsake of your magical holiday experience.

Step aboard Buster’s Magical Hayride, where families journey through a world of Christmas wonder! Join Buster the Elf and his eager recruit, Elfie, on a mission from Santa to spread holiday cheer across Southeast Louisiana. But mischief is never far away — Rascal the Rotten Elf sneaks aboard, determined to replace Santa’s toys with coal and cause holiday chaos!
Together with Fester the Toy Maker, Elenore the Wise, and Baby Luvs-A-Lot, guests help Elfie discover the true spirit of Christmas and show Rascal that kindness outshines any prank. Filled with laughter, dazzling scenes, and a message of redemption, Buster’s Magical Hayride is an unforgettable adventure that will warm every heart.

Can I use my tickets any night of the season?
Tickets are valid for one-time use on any night we are open during the season.
What are the ticket prices?
General Admission is $18, and the Combo ticket is $28.
What is the price for kids?
The price is the same for adults and children. Children 2 years old and under are free.
How long is Buster’s Magical Hayride?
The hayride lasts approximately 22 to 24 minutes. Please note, there may be a wait before you enter the trail.
Is there a long wait for the hayride?
Wait times depend on the size of the crowd and the night you visit. Saturday nights typically have the longest wait, while Thursdays and Sundays are usually shorter.
Is there a place to serve cake or have a birthday party?
Yes, we have a large pavilion and plenty of tables available.
Will Santa be there tonight?
Yes, Santa is here every night we are open!
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, most of the venue is wheelchair accessible. However, for the hayride, riders must transfer from their wheelchair to the wagon.
Should we bring a wagon? Is the park paved?
The park is mostly gravel.
What time does the main gate open?
The main gate opens at 6:00 PM.
What time does Buster’s Magical Hayride open?
Buster’s Magical Hayride begins at 6:30 PM.
Does the child need an adult to ride Buster’s Magical Hayride?
Yes, children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Do I need money for any extras in the park?
Yes, additional activities like Gem Mining and The Bear Workshop require extra fees.
Do you accept cards?
Yes, we accept credit and debit cards.
Do I need to buy my tickets online?
You can purchase tickets either online or on-site.
Will you close if it rains?
In case of rain, updates will be posted on our website and Facebook page.
Do we have to pay for parking?
No, parking is free.
What time do you close?
We close at 10:00 PM, and ticket sales stop at 9:00 PM.
Can I purchase my photos online?
Unfortunately, photo purchases are not available online at this time.
Do you allow pets on the property?
Only service dogs are allowed.
